I was writting May and I meant to say April 2 and mailed a certified letter on the 19th of April. Thanks for catching that..it did say April on the letters I mailed to him..also he would never meet me for a walk through..he moved out about 1 to 2 months before and left his mother in there with her dogs..she was not on the lease. We are from another state and had to fly in on the 29 of March and ended up having to stay until the 3rd of April to make sure they were out.
