I have seen Judges exclude just about everything regardless of if it was legal or not.

I have had to appeal bad decisions on several occasions.

I doubt you will ever be certain that a judge isn't going to exclude whatever. Only thing you can do it take it to small claims and get the judgement there...and/or appeal the decision.

Some judges just seem to think that landlords are all rolling in money and should contribute their income to the tenants.

This is true But maybe i will have a better chance of standing for the next time , hopefully there wont be a next time.
