I just wanted to make sure I could give them an app once they're in place. I mean if you go to refinance your house, the bank often re-qualifies you.
They're quiet people, I just want to know who they are.

"I just want to know who they are." You do not need to get another application, "requalify" the tenant and go over the financials of good paying tenants if you only want to know who they are. A look at their driver's license will tell you who they are.
