There just does not seem to be a professional way to deal with deadbeat tenants who are trying to get into your pocket. What is the professional way you deal with deadbeats with their hand in your pocket?

I think resorting to name calling (scum bag) is what the poster takes issue with in the post, especially from a poster who has been doing things to the tenants that many would deem "questionable."
