For a lot of us on here, the tenant you are describing is the "more problematic" tenant. Many of us don't put up with any of the actions you are describing, that's why there is a strong push to eat a few months of no rent check and re-do the apartments for higher quality tenants. If you can't afford to do that, this might not be the place for you.
