Just because it is nice to be pain in the...neck? And this is cheaper than motel..;)I am going to put state in my lease 27th day of last moths and any extra night will cost $ 150...What you think?

I think you will be sued eventually. A judge will order only a prorated amount to paid of the monthly rent.
