Tell your neighbor to start calling the police when the racket starts up.

What surprise me in our Free Country how much freedom we really have reduced(limited?) by loco laws...Being the owner of land or building you have to have so many permits(i understand permits which protect environment like a proper septic system for example).I do not understand why i have to stick to person which jeopardize my family welfare.Example:the lease is ended...So is ended! Person should be moved out- period! If not why i have to go into all legal process instead of just call police? And if somebody will tell me that police has better thinks to do i will answer -no in my village.3 cars with 8 mans doing nothing-sorry... sometimes they just write a speed tickets.Sometimes i think this is money matter...if police coming governor pays ...if we have to go into legal process we pay...My opinion about this post...
they illegally trans passed...And it should be traded that way...

Jake,i never said the Country i came from is better or worse... it is different.Whatever i can say, it will be about differences.I can only say what i liked in Socialist Country and what i like in Capitalist Country...There is goods and bads in both. What i posted, is what making me sad here in my New Country about land-lording...But yes there is couple thing more.Like food:P. I never ate worse than here;P...
Looking at L/T law in CA some posts just scared me-you have home but you cannot evict if you need place for your use!You becoming a slave in own home!...In my Mothers Country landlord is land-LORD.We talking about present time not about communist one.If somebody does not pay or the lease is ended and tenant did not cooperated-make written agreement to pay off or informed landlord he is looking for new placed by realty estate and paid prompt,or place formal complain about condition of the rental(those agreements and complains are registered in court and cannot be broken) Landlord just notify a court and next week they are evicted. There is automated court order for recovering money.
Looking at this.If you do not like to rent to family with children(you are older and you need peace)-you discriminate this family(how many tricks you have to use to reject them). In my mothers country you have freedom to choose family with out children. You have right to dislike noise and all package which comes with them.In this case you have moral problem not a legal problem.
I remember a family of 7, who wanted rent my upstairs two bedroom apt.I just had to say "no" because of size of the apartment and my septic which is good for 12 people not for 15.She told me i discriminated them...well of course not... if she would took an effort and report me i would definitely won,,,but how much it would cost me? There is also issue about regulation what you can do on yours land.Example.In my township you can have only one rental per acre!!!Only one building per acre...My land is 3 acres..i have two buildings and i wanted build one more...yes i can but...i cannot rent it for any reason...In my mothers country you can build and rent as many you want(you have to keep distance from others) and only business activity must be agreed by 51% of your neighbors(there is no zoning)...Or certain businesses or cell phone tower by 100%.So people are inviting neighbors for diner of purpose asking for permission ,signing papers and promises like "i will install a filter on the cheamny or i will make ticker wall to block the noise".Those papers goes to inspector and he is watching if promise made is done.Of course ocean of vodka must be drunk;)with tones of food;)
