If the LL wants to sell the home because they can't afford it or simply don't want to be a landlord anymore, it doesn't matter how good the tenant has been. The LL doesn't owe the tenant anything other than giving them extra time to find housing.

Would you keep a house you couldn't afford and didn't want anymore just because a tenant was good? Jake, you always write that the landlord is in control and they are a business not a charity. Good tenants deserve consideration and have value but not so much as to keep a property they simply want to be rid of for whatever reason.

I never said you said that. I didn't add to it or change what you said because that wasn't your quote nor did I say it was. Stop being so sensitive and lashing out with name calling and rudeness over a person replying to you post with an opinion.
