what can he sue me for, I have liability insurance is this good, he just dosen't want to move,his wife told me long time ago he dosen't like people or change. He hides behind his wife because when I ask for things I have to talk to her,then he takes off in his car.wierd dude,I have a maintence guy help me and says he looks like he is heavily medicated.

He can make up whatever he wants and sue you over it. That doesn't mean he will win in court or that any lawyer will take on his case. FYI, a person cannot just sue for pain and suffering alone. It is usually tacked onto another claim involving some type of injury or abuse.
