Why do you even want to get started with a dope growing operation in your rental? And, in a no smoking rental at that? The biodiesel...do you really want dope and hazardous materials grown and manufactured in your rental? I can not even begin to wonder why. Tell you what you do. Go down to the police station and the fire station and tell them about your tenant prospect and ask them what they think about it? Their's is the only opinion that matters.
