When did they turn in the keys? Once they turn them in, they are done. They owe up to that point and you have th property. Anything left behind needed to be negoitated at that time. You can still sue for the balance of the rent they owe.

Where are you in DE? I'm in Lower Kent County.

Hi Jon, Thanks, that's what I thought. They didn't leave a note. I have talked to him on the phone last week and he didn't mention anything about saving his stuff. I even said that I had to get rid of his things and he apologized for leaving items behind. I am in New Castle County....
