Thank you very much! But he said he is invoking his rights per Truth in Lending charging me 7% because he says I failed to tell him where his money is and the interest he was getting...

Marg, what type of residence is it? Is it a single family home or an apartment in a multifamily home you are also living in?

It is a single family residential home. I do not live in the rental property.
