Contact the parents and tell them you are evicting before the lease is up if the smoking is not stopped. Tell them you think it is just tobacco but you are not sure.

Great idea!! (I'm not the OP but sure do like giving the parents the idea that their darlings may be smoking that funny stuff too)! It also puts the parents on the hook for damages, yes? if they co-signed? What parent wants to pay for an education and realize the kid is partying, whether or not they're getting good grades!?
