There is not a fixed number of days or weeks. That makes a claim of tenancy so easy. But if a "guest" stays in a rental for more than a week, a landlord should be looking to get them moving and fast. In this case, the daughter moved in with the whole family along with her belongings and furniture. That would pretty well nail it.
