I got that right when I bought the place. I own it. knives are weapons and I don't permit that. Sick pictures arent allowed either.

You are so wrong you may belong in an institution. Knives? Are you kidding me? People cook, knives are used. What you think is a sick picture might not be to middle America...I'm guessing a person in a bikini is verboten (oh my!).
You need to unwind a little and LEARN ABOUT THE LAW.
YOUR RIGHTS ARE LIMITED! OWNING THE PLACE DOES NOT GIVE YOU CARTE BLANCHE!

At first read BILL OF RIGHTS.
Are the pictures porn? No? so its legal to keep them.Knifes-are you kidding?You child has no reason to cross her apartment...?Cool down before you will make things worse and make her life time tenant...Does she pays?If yes -cool,you have your rent on time. So love her alone,go to The Church and pray for her soul- because those are your duties as a Christian, what you stated that you are.
