Go over there and check it out. Get one of those big pump action bottles of spray to use outside. Spray the perimeter of the house. 7 dust would also be good for use outside. Find out where the ants are coming from and where they are going to. Tell the tenants to wash all surfaces to get rid of the ant's trail lines.
