She told you absolutely not because she is planning on putting someone in there that doesn't meet your qualifications. If you run the report and see it with your own eyes, then it may take more time to fill your rental. For the realtor, time is money. The faster they put someone in, the faster they get paid and can go on to the next one. Being held accountable to your standards slows that money from being in her pocket. You probably got the sense of that by how she treated you when you asked her a question. She brushed you off with a curt answer and made it impossible for you to even discuss YOUR rental further.

Fire this agent. She will saddle you with a subpar tenant and end up costing you money while she runs to the bank with her commission check.
