Hello, Thanks so much for the info. The penalty for not adhering to this is severe and hence my hesitation. But this is the first time I've seen 6 months. I would feel much better if this is indeed the case. Can you let me know where I might find this info printed in law? Do I understand correctly that if I live in the unit for 6 months then the old tenants can not come after me for being liable for damages?
