Are things slow for you? I have two vacancies, one 3 bed house and another 1 bed apt both very reasonably priced and in excellent condition and I am not getting any responses from qualified tenants. I am advertising in CL with video walk throughs and street signs with no luck. I know it's only been a couple of weeks but normally I'm swamped with inquiries this time of the year.

Check your Craigslist ad by searching for it without logging into your CL account. I found mine weren't showing up a few weeks ago, even though I could find them through my CL account link. No idea why, but I reset the ads and they started appearing in the listings.
