not speaking to mold specifically but any time an applicant "has past issues" they attempt to discuss with me, I probably am not going to rent to them.

Had an applicant tell me not too long ago that they were going to leave a lot of stuff at the property they were vacating rather than disposing of it themselves because "he can get rid of the $hi+ himself because he put us through so much crap the past two years". Or the one who had bed bugs but got rid of them. Or the ones whose present landlord wouldn't do anything about a mold problem/heating issues/third thing but I forget what it was. How about the guy who was discriminated against because he's gay & a senior citizen.

Perhaps they are all correct but I tend to believe they all live a life of drama and if I know that ahead of time, I don't want any parts of them. I'll wait for the surprises !!
