I don't agree. I think that people come here to learn and I reread what she said and it does not seem bad form to me. Katie is teaching, and I appreciate her straight forward advice.

However if the LL did a credit check prior to renting then they could collect, depending on the LL's screening process. Im holding tight to that theory until I find out different :)
