I love pets, but I don't allow them in my rental. A person will swear their pet is house trained, what they don't tell you is if it's raining, or cold, or too hot, little precious doesn't like to do business outside. How someone can allow a pet to repeatedly use the bathroom inside is something I cannot understand. There's tenants out there who don't want to follow a previous tenant who had pets and I've never seen the value of a rental improve once pets were allowed.

If I ever loose my mind again and allow pets I will charge an additional one month's security deposit just for the pet. But that's not going to happen. A cleaning job that should have taken 2 days is taking me a week and costing a fortune. I'm too old for this.
