Was it the pets, or irresponsible owners? Often, irresposible owners are the cause of most issues.

I can't make the pet pay an irresponsible owner fee. Not all pet owners are lazy disgusting people, but like smokers, the ones that are don't smell how bad the living areas smell to those whose olfactory sense isn't compromised, they don't think furball's feces are a health hazard. I personally used doggy doors and allowed my pets to do business as nature called outside on their schedule. I don't have doggy doors in my rental and I do not allow dogs to be chained to anything on my property, so I just don't allow pets at all.

smart! I do have 6 rentals with pets that have responsible owners but this woman ruined it for all the future pet owners that apply to rent from me.
