It's true ...
We have received too many propositions from interested agencies representing insurance claim fire victims.
(They usually sweeten the pot with an extra $300-$500 per month rent.)
We have to question if their own property caught fire during their occupancy, do we really want to assume short-term responsibility for a potentially hazardous condition?
