No, they're not out so I will file. But I'm specifically wondering if there's a time limit for me to file for FED. like, could I wait 3 weeks & then file? Not that I will wait so long, but could I?
Again, I really appreciate your time. it's been 9 years since I've done an eviction & I've forgotten the specifics of the rules.

Yes, you can wait as long as you like after the end of the 3-day period, but it would be foolish to drag it out until they owe you the next month's rent, too, because you'd have to start the whole process over again in order to include that in your petition for FED (eviction & money judgment).
