The point of the eviction is nothing more than to regain legal possession of your property.

If the tenant is truely gone..take a witness with you plus a camera and newpapers. Document the place empty (with damages)...include the newpapers date to prove when you did this.

The proceed to fix it and file in court for the money you are out.
