Get the police reports yourself, no one is going to hand you them. It sounds like you need to upgrade tenant quality.

Thanks, I'll try and call the police this week to get the reports. I assumed that since it was my property they would automatically send a report if one was issued. My bad assumption. Will they also have reports on if they showed up and nothing was found or if it was an invalid complaint? It would be good to find out if there the other police reports in the complex too. Besides for one of the tenants all of them had been great. It's honestly the neighbors. I know I'm not the one who lives there, but from my interaction with the neighbors, they're the ones being unreasonable.
