Let them have the trampoline. If something happens, it was caused by the trampoline, not by your property. You will win in court. Just let them keep it.

If you don't like them having it, or are terribly afraid, don't renew the lease when it comes up. But as long as they are there, and you haven't done an amendment to the lease, you will probably have to let them keep it. Good luck!

WHAT? Have you ever been a landlord or been following what is going on with insurance companies on rental properties?????

Include a limitation of liability clause in the lease, and you are good. Otherwise, are you going to ban any and all potentially risky activity? You may as well ban basketball(someone could get hurt), playing catch(someone could get hurt), running(someone could get hurt), jumping(someone could get hurt), driving(someone could get hurt), and even sex(someone could get hurt)!!!

Absurd. Include a limitation of liability clause, and if the law finds you liable when some idiot gets hurt, sell your property, put your money into gold and move to another country.

    We are losing our freedoms.

No, you are not good. Although seeing the content of many of your posts, it is apparent you are an uninformed troll who leads with his chin and has little respect for other members of this forum.
