I don't know the exact clause in my lease nor the wording but there is something in it about them doing something to make my property uninsurable is a violation. Don't think I've ever needed to refer to this clause. Anyway, I could not obtain insurance if I disclosed there was a trampoline on the property ... I know for a fact that is one of the questions asked at the application process for my insurance.

When you talk to her and she then veers off on another subject,do like you do with your kids ... force her to get back on track and keep the conversation where it belongs.
