Many State Laws give the tenant the right to post a polictical sign, But the landlord can place some resrictions on this right. I believe Nevada limits the size of the sign to 2' x 3'. Some States limit the time the sign can be posted (90 days prior to the vote) Some require the sign to be down in a short time after the vote(7 days). Also the posting of the sign must follow local sign ordinances. Check with yor local apartment association or an attorney for guidence. Tis is not a violation of 'Quiet Enjoyment' but rather creating a "Nuisance".
