I've been looking into the erentpayment site, but haven't yet decided if it is the way I will go. It allows for no partial payments to be accepted, only the rent is full can be made as a payment, so that eliminates a renter from nullifying a pending eviction for non-payment by making payment of less than amount owed. The fee is only $3 per transaction, I only have one rental, and the fee can be paid by either party or split in half for each. You can also add late fees or additional rent due into the monthly rent so it will make it easier for the renter to know what is due. No one has to share their bank account info. My credit union does not offer this service. Chase Bank has something similar but it requires a monthly fee and I'm not paying a monthly fee to do what can cost me $3 a month.
