The law

Let me make one other point. I don't follow the law when I feel that the law is out of line. Who the HELL is anyone in the government to tell me what I can do with MY OWN HOUSE?
If I don't want to rent it to someone, I should not EVER have to. PERIOD. It is MINE. Not the government's. What ever happened to freedom and private property rights?

Individual Freedoms and Private Property Ownership DO NOT SUPERSEDE THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.

I want you to tell me where in the Constitution, and be specific(Article & Section, or amendment), where it dictates that the federal government has authority to pass sweeping legislation dictating the use of my private property, such as the Federal Fair Housing Act.
In fact, the Constitution is set to PROVIDE private property rights and individual freedoms, and to protect them. The FFHA is unconstitutional and I would love a chance to gain grounds to challenge it.

Governments at all levels take private property all the time and dictate the uses of it like zoning laws. Not everything is in the constitution. A lot of the constitution can be found in case law. If the FHAA is unconstitutional, you are the only one who knows it.
