That's interesting info as I've had a similar experience. I also put mine up as soon as I know the current Ts are moving. I have still photos and youtube video walk throughs of each unit. I was not getting any responses so I pulled it to do a renovation, put it back up and got a slew of responses. Either prospects are looking WAY ahead or they have one week to move.
