So I did confirm with the insurance that the trampoline isnt allowed unless I have a 6 ft fence around my yard, which I dont. Having said this how would everyone reccomend I go about having the tenants remove it?

Have you identified the appropriate clause in your lease which is being violated? Was it the hazardous items clause or something else? Servve the cure/quit notice IAW your state law, citing the violation and describing the acceptable cure (removal). Then go by at the end of the c/q period to be sure it is done. If it is not, file the eviction -- you cannot let a rogue tenant place you in the path of a financial tsunami -- they either comply or they have to go.

Thanks for the advice.. Some ppl on here are very rude and dont seem to care to give very nice comments, so youve been helpful.

Ps - Do you happen to know how we report these posters who make rude abnoxious comments?

I think there's a link on the main page to report problems. I usually report Jake and his ilk via that, when he gets really obnoxious. He's a detective Sipowitz type that lords over a rundown weekly-rental trailer park and spends his days trying to muster up some interaction with the world via this forum. Try to ignore him/them.
