Interesting that Jake the Snake hasn't chimed in to say that unmarried couples are unstable and how you shouldn't rent to them. Oh wait, these people were married...

Yes, They are married. Kinda shocked me they separated but, things happen. I always have a converstaion with my renters concerning committment and a years lease means just that but, when the guy called wanting off the lease it was a new one on me. I will explain to him that he must remain on and who knows maybe they will get over the problem they have. I do not try to play referee and have no interest in the problems they have. I just wanted to get a few other LL,s advise. As far as my name? who cares?
