You can put anything you like in a lease, but I suspect a "no overnight guests" clause would not be enforceable in court without special circumstances, such as this is the rental of a room in your personal residence. As far as preventing guests or friends to RESIDE in the unit, just include the names of the tenants and occupants in the "occupancy" paragraph along with the words "...and no others." But be aware that some states have special rules allowing additional immediate-family-member occupants and if your lease contains a conflict with that, it would be unenforceable.
