Insurance has sooo many clauses, I assumed they would have a list of what they won't cover. So basically ANY type of fire is covered. I hope so. I don't want him taking people to court for large sums of money they dont have.

The only thing a LL needs to worry about is the LLs obligations.

You will never find a list of what isn't covered.

    I've really been researching the insurance stuff lately. I believe the exact opposite is correct. An All Perils Policy actually covers everything that isn't specifically excluded.
