Just keep advertising until the move-in date advising prospective tenants that the property has several interested prospective tenants and one unconfirmed commitment. (Unconfirmed because tenant has not moved in.) Only contnue to show the property to qualified prospective tenants who understand that the property may not be available based upon the number of interests.

Thx very much for your advice-I will use it in the future. I have been informed in writing from the agent that I will receive the SD within 15 days after the default of move in and we are advertising for a new tenant. Also, supposedly, the defaulting tenant has agreed to pay rent until I find a new one, but I will believe that when I see it. Thx for your help!
