Once the LL has accepted the tenants with their existing credit score, he cannot go back after the fact and say the score was below his standard and he's breaking the lease based on it. He is opportunity to weed out the low score was BEFORE he accepted the tenant, signed a lease and allowed them to move into his property, unless they attested to a higher credit score than they, in fact, had.

True, eviction is not possible with information previously known to the landlord, but ...
The landlord's statements were: "I hired an agent found a new tennant. I did not interview them before walk through day." "These new couple drive me crazy, I won't even sign lease if the guy got a good credit. The lady got only 500 credit score and one public record, and she lied on her birthday on application."
While the landlord's statements are unclear, the tenants do not appear to have a signed lease agreement. Apparently, the real estate brokerage did the screening without full disclosure to the landlord. The landlord seemingly did not have knowledge of the tenants' rental application and credit score until post-walk through.
If this is, in fact true, then the real estate brokerage is liable for the fraudulent rental application and screening, as well as the tenants. More landlords should hold the real estate brokerages and their agents accountable for irresponsible tenant screening which cost property owners damages.

It is unfortunately agent send me application and credit report. I signed the lease because the guy in the application got 740 credit score, thought it is ok. And lady got 513 score. However I am not expert to read those report, after walk through, I find some credit risk analyst found birth year was 7 years older than she state in application. And her employer and income are absolutely false, agent did not call for reference, when I call the number I can't even find the person she gave.

Seems like maybe you can get rid of them for falsifying information upon which you based your acceptance of them as tenants.
Definitely consult an attorney. Get rid of these parasites as soon as possible, and yes, you can evict a pregnant woman, or a woman who has a disabled child, or a woman who is in an iron lung (you get the idea).
