The LL already has a problem. If there are 2x4s andlumber laying around the yard. I'd think I as a LL would want to know why? It's my property I have a right to know if there ae alterations being made to it, or if the person is building a desk for their son/daughter that's something else. How much building material and how long is it there?

My tenant has some potting soil and flower pots on the patio. I have the right to know if he's planning to grow illegal marijuana on my property. My lease says no drugs. I'm wringing my hands. What should I do?

Bout time this sarcastic landlord hater be banned. Sorry if you got burned but us landlords have a right to run our business.
