I forgot the Security Deposit Settlement Letter by Julie in PA on June 4, 2012 @17:27

I just had 3 sets of T's move out and I forgot to give them the SD settlement letter. I inspected the places on the move out date, they were clean and undamaged so I wrote 2 sets of them a check for their entire SD. They left and I have no forwarding address. One couple who left wanted cash so they signed the LPA security deposit refund receipt.
I have everyone's phone numbers... should I call them for their addresses? I wonder if they'll give it to me. In PA.

Let sleeping dogs lie. You have proof that you refunded the SD in full for all of the Ts, if you ever need it.

It is probably not an issue if the full deposit was refunded. They can't ask for more than that.
