Call the police immediately. The longer she stays, the more rights she has. Unfortunately, squatters have rights.

But, typically, it takes 7 years, minimum, for them to earn those rights. Prior to that they are trespassers.
Remember squatting is an attempt to adversarially gain the ownership of the property.
