This site is for both landlord and tenants. Who put you in charge of determining who can post and who can't?

The site is for the LLs to come together and share experiences and knowledge; look at the name. Tenants are to be treated fairly (look at the rules), but nothing says this is for tenenats. If Ts want to treated respectfully, they should demonstrate respect. Respect is something that is earned, not given.

"Go post on a renters site. I own my own property and will do it my way. " Very respectful response from 'landlord'. 'I don't like what you are saying, so go find somewhere else to post' If others don't like what you post, will you go somewhere else also?
