How are you going to "confirm" the reason tenant is on bed rest and for how long? Are you going to go to medical school to do this? You sure as hell won't get your tenant's medical history from her doctor or any other healthcare provider.

By the way, all pregnancies are temporary. And what is a chronic pregnancy related syndrome?
