extra tenants

My tenants have moved in two adult relatives to my rental house located in [California]' The lease specifically allows for just two adults. My problem is I only know this because of a trusted friend who lives across from the rental I told my renters that the relatives couldn't stay and was told over one month ago they had moved, BUT she also added that they would still be there a lot because of baby sitting. These people don't have a car so I can't use that reason to confront renters. I've been assured by my friend that they are still there. How can I confront renters and/or make get the extra peopleto move? I want to know they have left.

Do an inspection. Check out the number of beds in the place, or signs of other people beside the two adult tenants your lease authorizes.
Hire a detective or your friend, or do it yourself, to find out more, like just sit in your car and watch who comes and goes and when they leave etc. This will be evidence. It also means that the house will have to be watched 24/7.
If the lease is for two adults, who the heck are these extra people babysitting?

The important question is, how bedrooms does the house have?
