If I win for an immediate eviction on Friday what day can I plan to be hauling their stuff to the curb?

You can move it the day the authorities show up with the papers. When that is can be anybody's guess. Some areas require the landlord to move the belongings while others will be moved by the people serving the papers. Unless your tenant is abysmally stupid, he will get moving now.
