Sites like that created for the discrediting of landlords or rating of them either way are not something a landlord would want to promote. They are basically a "Deadbeat Database" of landlords where unhappy tenants go to complain to someone.
Unfortunately, many good landlords are falsely reported to sites like that because disgruntled tenants make bad reports out of anger if they lost any deposit money.
