Do you let anyone see the unit that asks to see it? Or did you extensively pre-screen these people before you showed the unit?
What reasons do you anticipate for being sued?
If someone is late, more than five minutes, they do not get to see my unit.

We posted the ad less than a week ago. We google the names before we replied to them. They are the first two parties asked to see the unit. The lady who was late could not find the place, because I saw her walked past the building, right at the time of appointment. As the reasons, I just don't know what peole will do if one is disapoointed.
