Just because a tenant wants something doesn't mean that you have to give it to them... Unless a security light is required by code or you actually want to install one, then don't do it!

That is what I thought. And with her, I don't see the "security" issue ending. And I am allowing her out of her lease early (she screamed to let herself out early) and she hasn't taken it).
