Re: No security lights a defense for eviction?

Hi Betty. Actually I think it was three months before.
I am really good about repairs and safety issues. As I said, I have no problem putting in a light except that these people scare me. To put in the light I'd have to go over there, get closer to the house...and considering how they have treated me and accused me of harrassment (everytime I see them) I want to avoid them at all costs, at least personally. I simply do not trust them or feel safe around them.
Also, if it were an iffy neighborhood...yes. But this is not. This is a really safe neighborhood...there are no issues. She even made up a story about a neighbor saying there were burglaries "recently". I asked what neighbor...silence. I checked the crime stats and it just wasn't true.
She has a history of going making huge lists of "repairs" when the house is absolutely beautiful. She had a never ending complaint list and drove some providers to distraction because they are like "we don't see a problem". She was impossible to please and agree with. It is like the sky is green in her world.
I am just too nervous about going over there AND I told her she could leave early (if she feels unsafe why not take it?)
